About Us
In 2002, The Gintong Palad At Balikan Foundation, Incorporated was established. And with the help of Jocelyn & Gunter Pilarsky Foundation that was concentrated in 2006, based in Karlsruhe, Germany that both aims to promote science and research, education and training, international understanding, development aid, juvenile welfare, special care measures for the elderly, public healthcare, livelihood programs, social welfare and to contribute in natural calamities and medical mission in the Philippines and the Armenian Republic.

Fulfilling the Love and Compassion
The relationship between poverty and education is complex, but we know that education helps people make healthier and smarter decision about their children, their livelihoods and the way they live.
Our foundation funded the building of the school for street children of Bahay at Yaman ni San Martin De Porres in Bustos, Bulacan; Constructed floating School in Agusan del Sur for Manobo Tribe; Floating Library in Butuan City; Classrooms and Houses in Bohol (after the earthquake and strong typhoon hit the province); We also provided Medical Mission, Feeding Program, Food and Book Donation Program.
